Job Description

SUMMARY A
slot attendant is a key customer service provider on the casino floor. They service and build relationships with our players, pay hand-pay jackpots and perform minor repairs on slot machines.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for making change for guests on the floor. Instructing guests in playing games, & fixing minor paper and coin jams. Rendering of hand pays and Jackpots to guests. All other duties as assigned.
REPORTING LINE
You will report directly to the Slot Shift Manager then to the Slot Performance Manager.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance at all times. The ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner. You will need to be available to work all shifts. The ability to work in a fast -paced environment. You must be at least 21 years old. You must be able to obtain a VLT Floor Attendant License through the WV Lottery. You also must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain a WV Racing License. Must take two-hour training class for all Video Lottery terminals and become knowledgeable about how to play all games offered here.
EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. The ability to push, pull, reach, kneel, twist, grasp, carry and lift up to 25 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Will be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment and seasonal elements.
