Job Description

BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform the functions of a slot floor person on a daily basis Front-line supervision of slot floor person. Hold slot floor person accountable for patrolling work zones. Promotes Teamwork across all departments. Train slot floor people on new technology/expectations. Level of authority for JP overrides and sign-offs. Research ticket information within the Oasis System and slot machine tracking log. Research promotional credit transactions within the Oasis System and slot machine tracking log. Understands all detail visible on a slot machine s compass unit. Reports to Gaming Ops Supervisor/Shift Managers. Clears currency jams in slot bill acceptors. Performs general machine maintenance and ticket fills. Pays and/or verifies hand-paid slot jackpots. Answers guests' questions relating to slot machine pay tables and property promotions and events. Other duties as assigned by management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

(SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION): Good verbal communication skills. Basic math skills Mississippi Gaming License Required. Must be at least 21 of age .
