We are looking for a Part-time Player's Club Representative that will be responsible for representing the Tuscany Casino, assisting guests, and facilitating promotions and events. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Promote the Tuscany Casino and all current promotions/entertainment Adhere to Tuscany Suites & Casino's policies and procedures. Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards. Promote the Player's Club and its benefits to casino guests. Conduct promotions and help facilitate special events and entertainment. Relay information to guests about all promotions, entertainment and events. Input all new members into computer and print player's club cards. Reprint lost or stolen cards. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of Customer Service experience. Basic computer and typing skills. General knowledge of gaming, including slots, video, bingo and card games a plus. Computer experience with database. Requirements Must maintain a professional appearance. Positive customer service, communication and listening skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor. Reports to the Players Club Supervisors and Director of Marketing. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Bi-lingual preferred. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels.
