We are looking for a vibrant, customer-focused Slot Attendant to join our Boomtown Casino Resort for the graveyard shift . In this role, you will keep the energy alive during the late-night hours, delivering exceptional service, processing payouts for hand-paid jackpots, and ensuring our slot machines are running flawlessly. If you love a fast-paced night environment and thrive on creating memorable guest experiences, this is the job for you.Responsibilities Guest Service:
Greet guests, assist with machine selections, explain game rules, and promote the casino's loyalty/rewards programs.Jackpot Processing:
Verify and pay out hand-paid jackpots quickly and accurately.Machine Maintenance:
Perform minor troubleshooting, resetting tilted machines, and refilling TITO (Ticket-In, Ticket-Out) paper.Floor Cleanliness:
Maintain the neatness of the gaming floor, ensuring machines and surrounding areas are free of debris.Compliance:
Adhere to all Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations, as well as Title 31/Anti-Money Laundering requirements.Collaboration:
Coordinate with Slot Technicians, Security staff to address guest needs or machine maintenance issues.Qualifications Schedule Flexibility:
Ability to work full graveyard shifts, including weekends and holidays.Age Requirement:
Must be at least 21 years old.Licensing:
Ability to obtain and hold a valid Nevada Gaming Registration/License.Experience:
1+ years of prior customer service or cash-handling experience preferred.Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk the casino floor for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours) in a smoking and high-noise environment.
