PM Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Host / Hostess to join our restaurant team. The Host / Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating, answering phone calls, and helping create a positive first impression for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional way
• Seat guests and provide menus
• Manage the waitlist and seating order
• Answer phone calls and assist with basic questions
• Keep the front entrance and host area clean and organized
• Communicate with servers and managers about table availability
• Assist with light cleaning and side work as needed
• Follow manager instructions and be flexible with assigned duties

Requirements:

• Friendly attitude and good communication skills
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be able to stand and walk during the shift
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required
• Must be willing to work as part of a team
• Weekend availability preferred
• Must be available for one or both shifts: 11:00 AM
• 3:00 PM 3:00 PM
• 7:00
