Our restaurant has a close, family-style atmosphere, and we want people who are looking to become a real part of the team, not just clock in and out. What You'll Do Greet every guest with a friendly and welcoming attitude Seat guests and manage the restaurant's seating rotation Answer phones and assist with to-go orders when needed Keep the entrance, waiting area, and host stand clean and organized Communicate with servers and managers to keep things running smoothly Help guests with questions and provide great customer service Assist the team with other small tasks during busy shifts What We're Looking For Hardworking and dependable Shows up on time and ready to work Friendly and comfortable talking with customers Able to stay calm and organized when the restaurant gets busy Willing to help coworkers instead of saying, "that's not my job" Positive attitude and willingness to learn Loyal and interested in becoming a long-term member of our team Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required Why Work With Us?
