The Role We are seeking a high-energy, experienced Lead Host and Team Trainer to spearhead our Front of House welcome team. In this role, you aren't just seating tables—you are a strategic thinker who understands restaurant operational flow, kitchen pacing, and how front door decisions impact the entire guest experience. What You'll Do Manage the

Floor:

Oversee daily host stand operations, greeting guests, and managing the seating flow.

Train & Coach:

Build training processes for new staff, lead onboarding, and provide ongoing coaching to the team.

Optimize Pacing:

Use seating technology and sharp operational insights to balance kitchen pacing and floor management.

What We're Looking For Experience:

At least 2 years of high-volume hosting experience.

Tech Savvy:

Prior experience working with digital host seating tools.

Leadership:

Previous experience with training or teaching responsibilities is highly preferred.

Skills:

Exceptional multi-tasking skills, confident and clear communication, and a passion for hospitality.

Shifts & Compensation Hours:

Flexible scheduling with a mix of days, nights, and weekends. Most shifts are 4 to 5 hours long, primarily in the evening (with occasional doubles/day shifts available).

Pay:

Total compensation is competitive and negotiable based on your experience.
