Round Hill is a full-service private country club offering exceptional Golf, Tennis, Dining, Aquatics, Fitness, Bocce Ball, and plenty of social activities and events.

You'll welcome guests, assist with seating, help keep the dining experience running smoothly, and bring a warm, upbeat attitude to the team. Key Responsibilities Include:
Receive and greet members and guests Manage guest reservation system Enforce established rules, regulations and Club policies Inspect Dining Room daily to ensure proper appearance, maintenance and safety Provide layout and design recommendations of the Dining Room per event Coordinate food service between Kitchen and service staff Assist with service of food and beverages and table clearing when needed And one of the best parts? Minimum 1 year experience in a fine restaurant, hotel, bar or Private Club environment required Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all employees and individual Members required Strong verbal communication skills required Ability to operate a POS, computer, printer and telephone required Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task is required Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, including ability to lift up to 50lbs Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, twisting, kneeling and ability to climb stairs frequently required Must possess food handler card and responsible beverage card if over 18 Ultimately, you'll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.
