Job Description
Casanova Restaurant | Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA Casanova Restaurant is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Host/Seater to join our front-of-house team. Schedule Thursday through Sunday 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests as they arrive Seat guests efficiently and accurately Manage the reservation book and waitlist Answer phone calls and assist with reservations Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and the kitchen Keep the host stand and entrance area clean and organized Help create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest Qualifications Friendly, professional, and well-organized Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment Reliable and punctual Available to work Thursday through Sunday from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM Previous restaurant or host experience is preferred but not required Compensation starts at $18 per hour, plus gratuity.
