The Host position at Barney's Beanery is a customer-focused welcoming presence, bringing customers into the Barney's Beanery experience. While restaurant host experience is preferred, general customer service experience and a welcoming, respectful demeanor is most important. Organizational skills are key, as you will be arranging for seating during our busiest times. Experience with Opentable is a plus!

General Duties include:

Greeting and seating guests Managing reservations and a waitlist answering phones assisting with bussing and sanitizing tables Attention to the front of the restaurant, communicating customer concerns to the manager-on-duty. General sidework This job requires weekend night and holiday availability. Summary As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your core skills in customer service and host/hostess experience will be essential in greeting guests, managing reservations through systems like OpenTable, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. With a strong background in restaurant operations and effective communication skills, you will facilitate guest relations and enhance overall satisfaction. Your relevant experience in POS systems and hospitality will further support our commitment to delivering exceptional service in a vibrant restaurant atmosphere.
