While restaurant host experience is preferred, general customer service experience and a welcoming, respectful demeanor is most important. Organizational skills are key, as you will be arranging for seating during our busiest times. Experience with Opentable is a plus!

General Duties include:

Greeting and seating guests Managing reservations and a waitlist answering phones assisting with bussing and sanitizing tables Attention to the front of the restaurant, communicating customer concerns to the manager-on-duty. General sidework This job requires weekend night and holiday availability. Summary As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your core skills in customer service and host/hostess experience will be essential in greeting guests, managing reservations through systems like OpenTable, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. With a strong background in restaurant operations and effective communication skills, you will facilitate guest relations and enhance overall satisfaction.
