About Neighborhood Card Shop Neighborhood Card Shop is a rapidly growing sports card and collectibles company with a premier brick-and-mortar store in Lodi, California, and a high-volume livestreaming and fulfillment operation in Dublin. Our Lodi store was built to be a true destination for the hobby—a place where collectors can shop major releases, participate in events, connect with the community, and experience the excitement of collecting in person. Beyond our retail location, we serve collectors nationwide through TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Fanatics Live, Shopify, and other major online platforms. We have established direct relationships with many of the hobby's leading companies, including Fanatics, Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, and PSA, along with an extensive network of distributors, dealers, vendors, collectors, and industry partners. These relationships give our team access to premium products, major releases, exclusive opportunities, and a deep footprint across the sports card, trading card, and collectibles industries. As we expand into coins, currency, precious metals, and bullion, we are looking for someone who can bring genuine expertise and credibility to the category while using our existing audience, infrastructure, industry relationships, and live-selling experience to help build something special. Position Summary The Live E-commerce Coins/Bullion Seller & Streaming Host will lead entertaining and educational livestreams featuring collectible coins, currency, gold, silver, bullion, and other related products. The ideal candidate combines strong product knowledge with the personality and sales ability needed to engage viewers, explain value clearly, and build long-term trust with collectors and investors. This is an opportunity to become the face of a new category within an established and rapidly growing collectibles company. Key Responsibilities Host live-selling streams featuring coins, currency, precious metals, bullion, and related collectibles Present products accurately, clearly, and enthusiastically Educate viewers about history, rarity, condition, grading, precious-metal content, and collector demand Explain the differences between collectible, numismatic, and precious-metal value Build trust with experienced collectors, bullion buyers, and customers who are new to the category Drive sales while maintaining honest and responsible selling practices Create an entertaining environment that encourages audience participation and repeat purchases Develop relationships with VIP customers and returning collectors Stay current on coin values, precious-metal prices, grading standards, market trends, and major releases Help evaluate inventory and recommend appropriate pricing and selling strategies Identify important details that could affect an item's value or authenticity Coordinate with management regarding inventory, promotions, giveaways, and featured products Maintain accurate product information throughout each stream Follow all company procedures and applicable platform rules Represent Neighborhood Card Shop professionally on camera and when interacting with customers Assist management with developing and growing the company's coin and bullion division What We're Looking For Strong knowledge of collectible coins, currency, precious metals, or bullion Familiarity with U.S. coins, world coins, mint products, gold, silver, and graded coins Understanding of major grading and certification companies such as PCGS, NGC, and CAC Ability to discuss condition, rarity, mintage, grading, metal content, and market value accurately Understanding of spot pricing, premiums, and the factors affecting precious-metal values Strong sales instincts without using misleading or overly aggressive tactics Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera for extended periods Energetic, personable, and able to maintain audience engagement Honest and trustworthy when handling high-value inventory Strong communication and customer-service skills Organized and able to manage multiple products and customer interactions during fast-paced streams Reliable, punctual, and available to work evenings and weekends Comfortable learning new livestreaming platforms, technology, and internal systems Preferred Qualifications Previous experience selling coins, bullion, currency, or precious metals Experience working for a coin shop, bullion dealer, auction house, collectibles company, or precious-metals business Previous experience as a livestream host, salesperson, auctioneer, dealer, or content creator Experience selling on Whatnot, TikTok Shop, eBay Live, or similar platforms Professional numismatic experience or recognized industry training Experience buying, appraising, authenticating, or pricing coin collections Knowledge of counterfeit detection and common authenticity concerns Established relationships within the coin, bullion, or numismatic community Ability to help source inventory and identify new product opportunities Compensation and Benefits Base along with performance-based commission opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible full-time employees Employee discounts Access to premium inventory and major product releases Opportunity to help build and lead a new business category Career advancement within a growing collectibles company How to Apply Please submit your résumé and a short introduction or cover letter explaining your background with coins, currency, precious metals, bullion, or live selling.
