Role Description Halara is seeking an engaging, confident, and energetic Live E-commerce Host for a part-time, on-site position in Glendale, CA .In this role, you will host live-stream shopping sessions, introduce and demonstrate fashion products, engage with viewers in real time, and help drive engagement and sales.

Previous live-streaming experience is preferred but not required. We also welcome candidates with experience in e-commerce, sales, content creation, on-camera work, retail, customer service, or other customer-facing roles who are comfortable speaking in front of a camera and interested in developing their live-streaming skills.

You will work closely with our internal Live Operations team to learn product knowledge, selling points, promotional strategies, and live-stream best practices. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, open to feedback, and able to continuously improve based on live performance and customer engagement.

Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to naturally engage with an online audience. Comfortable and confident speaking and presenting products on camera. Experience in sales, e-commerce, content creation, on-camera work, retail, customer service, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred. Previous experience with TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or other live-streaming platforms is a plus, but not required. Sales-minded and comfortable learning how to introduce products, highlight key selling points, and encourage purchases. Quick learner who is coachable, adaptable, and receptive to feedback. Reliable, professional, and interested in a consistent, long-term working opportunity. Interest in fashion, apparel, or social commerce is a plus. Able to work on-site in Glendale, CA . Compensation $28-$38 per hour , depending on experience, on-camera presence, sales ability, and overall performance.
