Part-Time | 3 days per week | 20 hours/week minimum About Clöud Café Clöud Café is a collagen-infused coffee and tea brand made in South Korea, bringing functional but delicious wellness beverages to a modern audience. We're growing our TikTok Shop presence and are looking for an energetic, engaging TikTok Shop Livestream Host to join our team and help bring Clöud Café to life on camera. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on camera, connecting with people, creating engaging social content, and keeping up with the fast-moving world of TikTok. The Role As our TikTok Shop Livestream Host, you'll be responsible for hosting engaging TikTok LIVE sessions, educating customers about our products, driving sales, and supporting our broader TikTok content and operations. You'll work closely with our social media, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure our livestreams and content run smoothly from planning through fulfillment. Key Responsibilities TikTok LIVE Hosting Host regular TikTok Shop LIVE sessions and actively engage with viewers. Present and educate audiences about Clöud Café products in an enthusiastic, authentic, and approachable way. Demonstrate products, answer customer questions, and communicate promotions, discounts, and special offers. Create an entertaining and welcoming livestream environment that encourages audience engagement and sales. Monitor viewer engagement and adjust the livestream approach based on audience response. Livestream Operations Operate the TikTok LIVE backend/console during livestreams. Monitor and respond to chat activity, comments, and customer questions. Pin and feature products during livestreams. Ensure products, promotions, and links are properly presented throughout each LIVE session. TikTok Content & Operations Help plan, schedule, and coordinate TikTok content and livestream calendars. Film, edit, and post short-form TikTok content featuring Clöud Café products. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and visual style. Track TikTok performance metrics and share insights to help optimize future content and livestreams. Stay current on TikTok trends, formats, sounds, and platform updates to develop engaging content and LIVE concepts. Social Media & Content Support Assist the Social Media team with trending content, recipe videos, product photography, street interviews, and off-site content days. Help brainstorm creative concepts that showcase Clöud Café products in fun, relatable, and authentic ways. Be comfortable appearing on camera for both livestreams and recorded content. Customer & Order Support Monitor and respond to TikTok Shop customer service messages and help resolve order-related questions or issues. Keep track of product inventory and communicate inventory needs with the warehouse team. Assist with packing and shipping TikTok Shop orders when needed. What We're Looking For Comfortable and confident speaking on camera and engaging with an audience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, personable, and able to create a fun on-camera presence. Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and current social media trends. Interest in food, beverages, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus. Comfortable learning and operating livestream technology and backend tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently while collaborating with a small, fast-moving team. Creative mindset with an understanding of what makes content engaging on TikTok. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a hands-on work environment. Previous experience as a TikTok LIVE host, livestream host, content creator, salesperson, or social media creator is a plus, but not required.
