at our Huntington Beach studios who is organized, creative, and passionate about supporting a thriving community! You are warm and personable, creating a welcoming environment for clients visiting our photography studio. In this role, you will serve as the friendly face of the studio, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help foster positive interactions, coordinate studio operations, and support the overall success of our photography services. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine customer service excellence with creative energy in a dynamic setting.

Duties Guest Experience:

Serve as the warm, professional first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing check-ins and inquiries across email, phone, and in-person interactions to deliver an exceptional studio experience.

Operations & Events:

Learn and operate our studio booking and back-office systems, maintain immaculate studio presentation, and provide hands-on logistical support for Spark Studios events.

Support Projects:

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, digital organization, and workflow projects that keep our operations running smoothly.

Collaboration:

Support our team photographers and clients during photoshoots and content creation sessions, assisting with on-set needs both in-studio and on-location. Experience Previous office or administrative experience in a customer-facing environment Strong computer literacy and general computer skills Requires 2-3 Saturdays per month, plus 10-20 hours during the week (standard business hours). Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Personal assistant or clerical experience preferred; training will be provided for specific studio procedures Join us as a Photography Studio Host and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences! Pay:
