$17 per hour + tips, DOE About Us https://www.keiconcepts.info/brands/sup Job Responsibilities As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing the waitlist, seating guests, answering phone calls, assisting with reservations, and supporting the front-of-house team as needed. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm and organized during busy service periods.
Responsibilities Include:
Greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner Manage the waitlist and seating flow efficiently Assist with reservations and phone inquiries Communicate wait times clearly to guests Seat guests according to restaurant procedures and table availability Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and front entrance Assist servers, managers, and the front-of-house team as needed Provide excellent guest service and help create a welcoming dining experience
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required Food Handler Card (Training Provided if Needed) Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Strong communication and guest service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed
