The Role As a HOST, you're the first face our clients see and the calm, steady voice they hear on the phone during some of their most stressful moments. This role blends front-desk client service with administrative and virtual-assistant style support, keeping the hospital running smoothly for clients, doctors, and staff alike. You'll be responsible for: Warmly greeting clients and patients as they arrive, in person and by phone Checking clients in and out, and keeping wait times and communication clear Answering and routing phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments Processing payments and invoices, and explaining estimates clearly to clients Maintaining accurate medical records and client files Supporting the clinical team with administrative and virtual-assistant tasks as needed Helping create a calm, reassuring experience for clients during emotional or urgent situations You'll Never Work Alone Our front-of-house team works closely with an experienced clinical staff who understand the pace and emotional weight of emergency medicine. You'll be supported by: Experienced doctors, nurses, and technicians Fellow front-desk and client service teammates A culture that values communication, teamwork, and compassion Schedule & Availability As an emergency hospital, we're open weeknights from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and 24 hours a day on weekends and major holidays. Because of that, we're looking for someone open to all shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
