As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. This role requires a warm, professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart. Manage reservations and waitlists using Open Table. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Maintain an organized and efficient flow of seating to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Answer phones and assist with inquiries in a courteous manner. Support the service team by assisting with guest needs when required. Ensure the host stand, lobby, and entryway remain clean and welcoming at all times. Qualifications Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required. Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
