Description As Host/Hostess, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests — greeting warmly, managing the flow of the dining room, and setting the tone for a memorable Ameswell dining experience.

• Key Responsibilities Greets guests with a warm and friendly welcome Seats guests and provides menus Assists guests with inquiries or special requests Maintains cleanliness and organization of the host station Manages waitlists and reservations Collaborates with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Provides excellent customer service throughout the dining experience Handles guest complaints or concerns professionally Assists with other guest services as needed Skills, Knowledge and Requirements Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferred Familiarity with Toast or similar restaurant systems a plus Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm professionalism
