As the first and last point of contact for our guests, our hosts play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience. We're looking for someone who is personable, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Pay:

$21.00 per hour plus tips, in accordance with California law

Schedule:

Part-time. Weekend availability is required , with the possibility of additional shifts on Mondays and Fridays. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a great first impression Manage the waitlist and seating flow efficiently Provide accurate wait-time estimates Seat guests and distribute menus Answer phones and assist with guest questions Communicate with servers and managers to maintain smooth table rotation Keep the host stand and entrance area clean and organized Assist with other front-of-house responsibilities as needed Provide friendly and attentive service to every guest What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing and professional attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Team-oriented with a positive attitude Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required Must be available to work weekends About Us The Breakfast Club in Mountain View is a busy breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant serving elevated comfort food in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
