Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Busser/Host and play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests! In this energetic position, you will be the first to welcome visitors with a friendly smile, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive. You will assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment by bussing tables, managing sanitation standards, and supporting the serving staff. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively, hospitable atmosphere that keeps guests coming back! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to optimize flow and comfort Clear and clean tables promptly using proper sanitation procedures to ensure a spotless dining area Buss tables efficiently by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils while maintaining a tidy environment Assist with food service tasks such as delivering dishes from the kitchen to tables when needed Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of chairs, tables, or supplies following safe lifting practices Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and guest needs Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards Skills Strong cleaning and sanitation skills to uphold health standards in food service environments Excellent customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests Experience in bussing, serving, or hospitality roles within restaurants or catering settings Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices Knowledge of food safety protocols and restaurant sanitation procedures Familiarity with table setting, food industry standards, and hospitality best practices Effective internal communication skills for seamless teamwork during busy service periods Join us if you're energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
