Job Description
The Old Spaghetti Factory is seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our Team! Apply online now or in person daily from 2-4pm! The Host/Hostess creates a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have a memorable dining experience. This role is vital in setting the tone for our establishment and providing exceptional service from the moment guests arrive.

Part Time What You Will Do:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a genuine smile and positive attitude. Manage guest flow, take reservations, manage wait list, assign tables, ensure fair and efficient seating. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area and waiting area. Assist in clearing dishes and cleaning tables. Escort guests to their assigned tables, present menus, and assist with seating arrangements, accommodate special seating requests if possible. Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns. Obtain knowledge of daily specials, menu items and restaurant promotions. Maintain a professional, polished appearance, adhering to company standards.About You:
Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high-volume situations efficiently. Ability to remain calm and composed, providing excellent service even during busy times. A positive and friendly demeanor. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to lift 40lbs, stand, walk, bend, reach and stoop throughout shift.Benefits When Joining Our Team:
