This position supports the daily operation of the lounge in a full-service Marriott hotel and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and elevated guest experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide warm, professional service throughout their visit. Verify guest eligibility and follow Marriott standards and procedures for M-Club access. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented lounge at all times. Set up and maintain breakfast and evening food and beverage offerings. Monitor food, beverage, coffee, and amenity levels and replenish as needed. Maintain proper presentation of all food and beverage displays. Clear tables, dishes, and used service items promptly. Assist guests with questions regarding hotel amenities, dining options, and local information. Recognize and acknowledge Marriott Bonvoy Elite guests and provide personalized service when appropriate. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel cleanliness standards. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup, breakdown, cleaning, and restocking. Communicate guest requests, concerns, and service opportunities to the F&B leadership team. Assist with additional F&B operations, including restaurant, room service, or other outlets, as business needs require. Maintain a professional appearance and follow Marriott grooming and service standards. Work effectively with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and F&B teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

Previous hotel, restaurant, lounge, or customer-service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide attentive and professional service in a guest-facing environment. Ability to work independently while also being an effective team member. Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties associated with maintaining the lounge. Marriott or full-service hotel experience is a plus.

Position Expectations:

The M-Club Attendant should take ownership of the lounge throughout their shift, anticipate guest needs, maintain cleanliness and presentation without constant direction, and consistently represent the service standards of a full-service Marriott hotel.

$17.00 per hour
