This award-winning organization has a passion for providing the absolute highest level of customer service with a focus on thoughtful designs and quality construction practices. American Legend Homes is currently seeking a part time Hostess in Firestone, Colorado to provide coverage of the model sales office by welcoming guests and providing information regarding our homes and the community. Must be available to work Wednesday through Saturday (not to exceed 29 hours per week).

Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:

Greet and register potential home buyers Ensure that the sales office and model home are presented in a professional manner, which includes appearance and cleanliness Keep Sales Associate regularly informed regarding traffic levels, interested buyers, and relevant model home and community activity Answer phone calls, accurately providing product and community information Confidently present the features and benefits of our homes, community amenities, and area points of interest Manage inventory levels of marketing materials and model home supplies Perform general clerical duties such as data entry

Required Skills and Abilities:

Customer-service oriented personality with professional and courteous attitude Ability to interact well with a variety of individuals inside and outside of the organization Good verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other general software programs and applications Must be available to work Wednesday - Saturday (NTE 29 hrs/wk)

Qualifications:

High school graduate with basic academic and practical skills gained through school curriculum Minimum 5 years of general work experience

Pay:

$19.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 29.0 per week
