You'll help shape each guest's experience from their first hello, while working alongside a team that cares for guests and one another. As a Host, you'll help guests feel seen, keep the dining room running smoothly, and work closely with the service team to create an experience that feels both welcoming and well cared for. You'll greet and seat guests, manage reservations and the wait, answer the phone, assist with curbside orders, and communicate clearly with managers and Servers as plans change throughout service. When a guest has a question or concern, you'll respond with care and know when to bring in a manager.
