• We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/busser to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized reception area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area

• Skills:

• Strong guest relations skills
• Experience in food service industry
• Excellent communication abilities
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Background in hospitality or hotel industry is a plus
