POSH Party Spa is looking for motivated, energetic and dependable people to join our team! We host fun, over-the-top spa parties and events for children ages 3-12 , and we're looking for team members who can help us create amazing experiences for our guests.

ABOUT YOU!

Know how to Dutch braid and are comfortable styling children's hair (e.g., slick-back ponytails, buns, space buns, curling, etc.) Able to paint children's nails Enjoy working with children Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality Reliable and punctual Available to work weekends Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Creative, flexible, and willing to jump in wherever needed Someone who genuinely enjoys making all kids feel special!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Create fun hairstyles, including Dutch braids with colored hair, bubble braids, space buns, pull-through braids, curling hair and more! Paint nails and provide mini manicure services Apply age-appropriate make-up, face masks, and under-eye and lip masks Facilitate crafts, games, karaoke, and other party activities Set up and clean up before and after each party - 30 minutes before each party and 30 minutes after are spent setting up and cleaning. Interact with children and help keep parties fun, upbeat, organized, and most importantly, on schedule - time management is critical in this position! Work as part of our party team to create a memorable experience for every guest

COMPENSATION

$17/hour plus tips Tips are shared among the team members who work each party, so the ability to work with a team is key!

HOURS & AVAILABILITY

Our Hours Our hours generally fall between 9:30 am and 7:30 pm , although individual shifts are typically three to six hours .

Fridays:

4:00-8:00 pm with parties typically from 4:30-6:30 pm or 5:00-7:30 pm

Saturdays & Sundays:

10:00 am-7:00 pm with parties typically scheduled from 10:00-12:00 pm, 1:00-3:00 pm and 4:00-6:00 pm (or 1:00-3:30 pm and 4:30-7:00 pm) Setup & cleanup: Team members arrive 30 minutes before each party and stay 30 minutes afterward. Your Availability Students are welcome to apply! However, reliable and consistent availability is essential for this role. We are looking for team members who can make working at POSH Party Spa a regular commitment and are willing and able to work most weekends throughout the month. Our schedule is created as far in advance as possible, but last-minute parties and appointments do come up. Our goal is to be as accommodating to our clients as possible, so we need team members who are flexible and willing to pick up additional shifts when available. The more flexible and reliable you are, the more opportunities we can offer you. Team members who consistently make themselves available, pick up additional shifts, and demonstrate that we can count on them will be given priority for additional hours.
