Looking for a job that's active, social, and genuinely fun? My Gym Fairfield is hiring Kids Coaches and Birthday Party Hosts to join our team! You'll lead fun movement classes, play games, teach gymnastics skills, run birthday parties, and help create an experience that kids and families look forward to every week. No gymnastics or My Gym experience required. We provide paid training. What you'll do: Lead energetic classes for children ages 6 weeks-10 years Teach movement, gymnastics, games, music, and obstacle courses Host birthday parties, camps, and special events Build relationships with kids and families Create a fun and welcoming environment Support tours and front desk responsibilities when needed Work closely with your team to keep the gym running smoothly

Payschedule:

19-20/hour + tips Part-time and full-time positions available One weekend shift required Weekly paid Friday team meeting Paid training provided You might be a great fit if you: Genuinely enjoy working with kids Have a positive, outgoing personality Are comfortable leading a group Can keep kids engaged and energized Are dependable and responsible Work well with a team Aren't afraid to get involved and have fun Experience in childcare, nannying, daycare, preschool, camps, education, sports, coaching, gymnastics, dance, theater, fitness, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
