Job Description
Jroo's in North Haven is seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. ```Duties```
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent guest service throughout their dining experience
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by management ```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a professional manner
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player and possess a positive attitude
