We are seeking polished, professional Hosts/Hostesses who understand the importance of first impressions and guest experience. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly upon arrival Provide accurate wait times and manage waiting lists Handle reservations efficiently Escort guests to dining or bar areas Present menus and introduce the assigned server Greet guests upon departure and thank them Coordinate with wait staff regarding table availability Maintain a clean and organized reception area Provide attentive service to guests requiring extra care (children, elderly, etc.) Answer incoming calls and assist with guest inquiries Support wait staff as needed Requirements & Skills Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or Server preferred Strong understanding of restaurant etiquette, especially in a professional setting Familiarity with health and safety standards Experience managing reservations is a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills (in-person and phone) Strong organizational ability and awareness of the full dining room Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods Compensation $18-$22 per hour + tips Pay is dependent on experience How to Apply Apply here or email bainvoices386@gmail.com 386 Norwich Westerly Road North Stonington, CT 06359
