Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that they have a positive experience at our establishment.
Duties:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their table
- Manage reservations and waitlists
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Provide menus to guests and answer any questions they may have
- Ensure that the dining area is clean and presentable at all times
- Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is served in a timely manner
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
Experience:
- Prior experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or other POS systems is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette skills are required
