What You Do:

Greet guests as they enter and manage the waiting list as necessary. Provide guests with menus and answer initial questions. Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas. Assign guests to preferred tables while maintaining table rotation for balanced server assignments. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service. Respond to complaints and assist in resolving them. Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information. Be knowledgeable of the menu. Assist with other restaurant positions as needed.
