Live Stream Host Assistant selling house plants

Job Summary We are looking to hire someone with technical skills to quickly execute sales processes on an I phone and / or I pad during a live stream show. You would also be working along side the host to choose appropriate plants from the greenhouses to sell during the live stream. Someone who enjoys plants and has a basic knowledge of horticulture, specifically interior foliage, is a plus for this position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a background in retail and e•commerce.

Pay Structure:

$16 an hour base pay increasing to $18 and hour after proficiency is proven in technical skills and plant selection. This position has the potential to move into a live stream host position which includes commission on sales.

Duties:

Utilize online live sales platforms such as IG, Tik tok, etc. to sell plants on live streams. Maintain a clean and organized set where the lives will take place. Demonstrate product knowledge and assist the live stream host in selecting plants and pinning them into the platform. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. Utilize e•commerce platforms to support online sales efforts.

Qualifications:

We need someone who is willing to eventually be in front of a camera and is willing to learn how to utilize the platform to conduct the lives. Willingness and excitement to make commission based sales is critical to success. However, all of the skill needed can be taught! We are looking forward to hearing from you!
