Create an outstanding first and last impression by welcoming guests with professionalism,managing seating efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure. Essential Responsibilities, guest Reception. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Inform guests of wait times and seating availability. Guest Service. Assist guests with questions, special requests, and seating preferences. Maintain clear communication with Servers, Bussers, and Management to ensure smooth table rotation. Address guest concerns professionally and refer issues to management when necessary. Front Desk Operations. Keep the host stand, waiting area, and entrance clean and organized. Monitor table availability and update the seating system as needed. Help maintain an efficient flow of guests during peak business hours.

Job Salary:

$12.00 plus tip
