Job Description:

As an Attractions Host, you will be the face of our attraction, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable visit. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming and safe environment for all visitors.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Providing information about attractions, exhibits, and events. Ensuring the safety and security of guests and the facility. Managing queues and facilitating crowd control. Operating rides, games, or interactive exhibits. Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues. Assisting with the setup and breakdown of events and attractions. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed. Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and evenings .
