Flexible — early morning and late afternoon/evening availability preferred The Beauty Empire is looking for a confident, outgoing Beauty Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Miami. This is an on-camera livestream sales position focused on luxury skincare, beauty, haircare, and beauty devices. We're looking for someone with a great personality who can connect naturally with customers, learn products quickly, and create an energetic, engaging sales experience. You don't need to know everything about skincare on day one, but you should have experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or sales — or a genuine passion for the beauty industry and a strong desire to learn. What You'll Do Host livestream sales shows on camera Present and sell luxury skincare, haircare, beauty products, and beauty devices Learn product ingredients, benefits, routines, and beauty technology Educate customers while keeping the show engaging, conversational, and high-energy Interact directly with customers and build relationships with repeat buyers Recommend products and create bundles based on individual customer needs Develop your product knowledge and sales skills as you grow in the position What We're Looking For Confident, outgoing, and comfortable on camera A natural personality with strong communication skills Sales-minded and comfortable asking for the sale Knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, haircare, or beauty — or a genuine passion for learning it Able to learn new products, ingredients, and benefits quickly Reliable, professional, coachable, and motivated Comfortable thinking on your feet and working independently while live Someone who brings energy and personality and genuinely enjoys interacting with people Previous experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, retail sales, luxury sales, social media, livestreaming, or other on-camera work is a plus, but we're open to training the right person. Schedule Hours are flexible. We are especially interested in candidates with availability for early-morning and/or late-afternoon and evening shifts.
