Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests with a positive attitude. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and coordinate seating. Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized host stand. Communicate effectively with servers and management. Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
