EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FINE-DINING RESTAURANT

Hola and open table experience required We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
• Seat guests and provide them with menus
• Assist in coordinating reservations and managing waitlists
• Answer phone calls and take reservations
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills
