Job Description
Overview Black Pearl is seeking an experienced Host/Hostess to join our fine dining team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a warm, polished, and memorable first impression while ensuring a seamless dining experience. We are looking for someone with previous restaurant host experience, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Weekend availability is required. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Responsibilities Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth Manage reservations using OpenTable and other reservation systems Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries Coordinate seating to ensure smooth dining room operations Communicate effectively with managers, servers, and kitchen staff Maintain an organized front desk and waiting area Provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced fine dining environment Qualifications Previous restaurant host experience required Fine dining experience preferred Must be available to work weekends and evenings Excellent communication and multitasking skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Authorized to work in the
