Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Host to be the welcoming face of our establishment. As a Host, you will create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests from the moment they arrive. Your energetic demeanor and excellent communication skills will ensure guests feel valued and comfortable while managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries efficiently. This role is vital in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality, setting a positive tone for their visit Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements using POS systems such as Toast POS to optimize table turnover Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about wait times, menu items, or special events Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth flow of service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, including menus and waiting area Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their dining experience Handle guest inquiries or concerns courteously, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills Skills Proven experience as a Host or in a customer service role within food service or restaurant environments Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS is preferred but not required Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor at all times Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus, along with serving experience Join our team and be part of an energetic environment where your friendly attitude and organizational skills help create memorable experiences for every guest!
