+ Tips LALA St. Pete is a unique entertainment restaurant located in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, featuring a full-service restaurant, 2 bars, and 7 private karaoke rooms. Our menu offers an elevated approach to Modern American and Mediterranean cuisine, combining exceptional food, drinks, and entertainment to create an unforgettable guest experience. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Lead Host / Hostess who can deliver outstanding hospitality while managing our restaurant reservations, karaoke room bookings, and private event inquiries. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with enthusiasm and deliver an outstanding first impression. Manage reservations through OpenTable, optimize seating arrangements, and maximize table rotation. Accommodate walk-in guests and always find solutions to meet their needs. Manage private karaoke room bookings and escort guests to their rooms. Handle private event inquiries, provide information about our packages, and follow up with potential clients to maximize bookings. Answer phone calls and handle restaurant reservations, karaoke bookings, and event inquiries. Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth daily operations. Lead the host team and maintain the highest standards of hospitality. Qualifications Previous experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Experience with OpenTable is a plus. Strong sales abilities to promote private karaoke rooms and private events. Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. Ability to remain professional and organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills and attention to detail. Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Compensation Competitive Hourly Pay
