Porterhouse Music Bar & Restaurant is a high-energy restaurant blending upscale dining with exceptional entertainment. We are looking for an experienced, vibrant, and organized Managing Hostess to lead our front-of-house greeting team and deliver an unforgettable first impression for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the host/hostess team during high-volume dinner service and events. Manage reservation platforms (Toast / OpenTable / Resy) to maximize seating capacity and smooth table turnover. Train, mentor, and schedule host staff to maintain high service standards. Greet VIPs, handle guest inquiries, and resolve seating or reservation conflicts with tact and elegance. Collaborate closely with floor managers and BOH (kitchen) to ensure a balanced flow of service. Maintain an immaculate and organized host stand and entrance atmosphere.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Lead Hostess, Floor Captain, or Host Supervisor in a high-volume or upscale restaurant. Strong proficiency with reservation management systems (Toast, OpenTable, Resy). Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and gracious under pressure during peak rush hours. Local candidates residing in Sunny Isles Beach, FL or immediate surrounding areas are strongly preferred.
