Host/Host Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
• Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations, inquires, and Togo orders.
• Use Restaurant Manager POS system to manage guest orders and payments
• Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
• Assist servers and other staff members as needed to provide excellent guest service

Requirements:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong hospitality and customer service mindset
• Familiarity with POS system is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a professional demeanor
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
