Essential Functions Statement(s) Ability to perform as casted character with no deviation from script/guidelines without supervisor approval. Basic understanding of theater and performance etiquette Ability to cheerfully welcome and greet guests entering/exiting venues and/or attractions Ability to be alert to safety standards and potential safety hazards while operating/working designated position Ability to be alert to potential safety hazards towards performers/mascots during shows/meet and greets. Be able to perform all tasks with a high standard of guest excellence. The ability to effectively communicate with guests and fellow coworkers. Be well informed and aware of all safety and emergency procedures for assigned position.
