We believe in in-house advancement and will provide opportunities to those who are willing to work hard for them. This job is starting at $13/hr + tips which equates to a range of $17-$24/hr. Responsibilities are : Understand the role of a host or host, have the patience to deal with customers, and be able to work on your feet for long periods of time. Know how to greet customers in a friendly manner. Know how to seat customers and keep tables clean. Have good knowledge of the menu items at the restaurant. Be able to tell if restaurant is understaffed and ad-lib when needed. Show excellent customer service skills.
