Duties Welcome guests with friendliness and professionalism, guiding them to their tables and managing waitlist procedures. Getting customers drinks, and communicating with servers about any information about the customers that can help enhance their experience Assist servers by bussing tables efficiently, clearing dishes, and resetting tables with proper table settings. Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area, including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs to uphold food safety standards. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of chairs, tables, or supplies using safe lifting practices to ensure safety for yourself and colleagues. Support food service operations by assisting with food delivery from kitchen to tables when needed, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with team members using internal communication tools to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly. Uphold high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and restaurant policies at all times.

Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and physical movement of furniture or supplies. Knowledge of sanitation practices, food safety standards, and proper table setting techniques is a plus. Experience in hospitality or catering environments will be advantageous but is not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. A proactive attitude with excellent customer service skills to create welcoming atmospheres for all guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
