We are currently seeking a Dining Room Host who enjoys interacting with guests and creating a welcoming environment. Position Overview As a Dining Room Host, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a remarkable dining experience. You will engage with guests, maintain a clean and inviting dining room, assist with guest needs, and represent the hospitality Chick-fil-A is known for. This position requires availability on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM . (You would need to be available for these days the whole year. This is not just a summer position we are looking to fill.) Responsibilities Provide exceptional hospitality and guest service in the dining room Visit with guests and ensure they have everything needed for an enjoyable dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, restrooms, and beverage station Refresh tables and seating areas throughout the lunch rush Assist guests with refills, carry-out needs, general requests and orders Monitor the dining room to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment Support the Front of House team as needed during peak business periods Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to serve others Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and stay productive during busy and slower periods Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Benefits Competitive pay Closed on Sundays Free food allowance during your shift Flexible scheduling Scholarship opportunities Team Member appreciation events and activities Positive work environment focused on personal and professional growth Leadership development opportunities Why Chick-fil-A?
