In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the guest experience through attentive service, effective communication, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Provide menus and explain daily specials or promotions to guests. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables and waiting areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Skills Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to engage with guests positively. Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A keen attention to detail to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained. Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated when necessary. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
