Host/Hostess

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. As a host/hostess, you will greet guests warmly, manage wait lists, and ensure a smooth and welcoming front-of-house experience. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you! Greet guests as they enter the restaurant with a warm and friendly demeanor Manage reservation and wait lists using [reservation software or manual system] Escort guests to their tables and present menus Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide accurate wait-time estimates Coordinate with servers and managers to maintain smooth seating flow Keep the front entrance, host stand, and surrounding areas clean and organized Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
