We are seeking a dependable, guest-focused Campground Host who can provide a reliable on-site presence and help keep the campground clean, welcoming, and running smoothly. Crazy Horse Campground is operated by GO TIME, which serves as the legal employer for this position. However, your daily work and responsibilities will be based at Crazy Horse Campground. Please Read Before Applying This is a hands-on, working Campground Host position—not a Campground Manager position. Applicants must be willing and able to: Live on-site at Crazy Horse Campground year-round in their own RV Work approximately 10-30 hours per week, depending on the season and campground needs Consistently work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the operating season Work some evenings and holidays when scheduled Regularly clean and restock campground bathrooms and laundry facilities Carry and respond to the campground emergency phone during assigned coverage periods Assist guests without constant supervision Accurately process assigned payments and complete required deposit documentation Have reliable transportation Cleaning bathrooms and laundry facilities is a regular and essential responsibility of this position. Position Overview The Campground Host provides routine guest support, helps maintain clean shared facilities, monitors the property, and responds appropriately when assistance is needed. This position does not own campground management, employee scheduling, pricing, marketing, financial performance, major maintenance decisions, or other management-level responsibilities. Primary ResponsibilitiesCleaning and Property Readiness Clean and restock campground bathrooms and shower facilities Clean and monitor the campground laundry facility Remove trash and help keep common areas clean and presentable Check assigned campground areas for cleanliness, safety concerns, or damage Report maintenance, safety, or guest concerns promptly Complete other routine cleaning and property-support tasks as assigned Guest and Reservation Support Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance Help guests with routine check-in and check-out needs Answer basic questions about campsites, campground amenities, activities, and rules Assist with routine reservation questions using the campground's established procedures Direct reservation changes, pricing decisions, refunds, exceptions, and complex concerns to the appropriate manager Help guests locate their campsite and understand campground procedures Payments and Deposits Accurately process assigned guest payments and store purchases Follow established cash-handling and payment procedures Complete required records and deposit documentation Promptly report payment discrepancies or system issues Emergency-Phone Coverage Carry the campground emergency phone only during assigned coverage periods Remain available and responsive while scheduled for emergency-phone coverage Determine whether a concern can be addressed through established procedures or must be escalated Contact the appropriate manager or emergency service when required Document significant calls, incidents, and actions taken Emergency-phone responsibility is shared and scheduled. This position is not continuously on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Communication and Escalation Notice and promptly report guest, safety, maintenance, or property concerns Handle routine matters within the Host's established authority Escalate emergencies, complaints, policy questions, major maintenance problems, and unusual situations appropriately Provide clear updates at the end of assigned shifts or coverage periods What Success Looks Like A successful

Arrives as scheduled and provides dependable coverage Maintains consistently clean and properly stocked bathrooms and laundry facilities Treats guests warmly, calmly, and professionally Processes assigned payments and deposit records accurately Notices problems before they become larger issues Follows campground procedures instead of making unauthorized exceptions Communicates clearly and escalates concerns to the appropriate person Helps create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable campground experience Qualifications Must own an RV suitable for year-round on-site living Must be able to live at Crazy Horse Campground throughout the year Must have reliable personal transportation Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the operating season Must be comfortable cleaning bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities Must be able to work some evenings and holidays as scheduled Must be comfortable carrying an emergency phone during assigned coverage periods Must be able to work independently and follow written procedures Must communicate professionally with guests, coworkers, and management Previous campground, hospitality, customer-service, cleaning, retail, or property-support experience is helpful but not required Physical Requirements Applicants must be able to: Stand and walk for extended periods Bend, reach, lift, and perform routine cleaning duties Safely lift and carry up to 40 pounds Work indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions Move throughout the campground as needed Compensation and Benefits $15 per hour Approximately 10-30 hours per week, depending on the season and campground needs Year-round employment opportunity Full-hookup RV site provided year-round Standard site utilities provided Opportunity to live and work in a friendly campground environment
